I LOVE Prell shampoo! I buy it at Walgreens, usually. Are you trying to fade your dyed hair? You might also consider Neutrogena Clarifying Shampoo, or good old fashioned dish washing detergent (Joy works well, I like the lemon Joy) followed by a good conditioner : )Where can i buy Prell shampoo?
I would have to say any kind of Beauty Shop.
