Seriously, I can't believe they still make the stuff. I remember hearing that if you leave a strand of your hair in a cup of Prell overnight, it will DISSOLVE. It's such a dinosaur, like hair tonic or Vitalis. Who is their target consumer?Who still uses Prell shampoo?!?
